Cache Cloud INC uses text (SMS) messaging for business communications only. Messages are conversational and are typed and sent by our personnel — they are not automated, templated, or sent in bulk.

If you have provided your mobile number to Cache Cloud, you may receive text messages such as:

• Scheduling and meeting coordination between colleagues, including changes to meeting times and locations.
• On-call and after-hours contact regarding system incidents, maintenance windows, and escalations.
• Travel and client site coordination, such as arrival confirmations and check-in details.
• Project handoffs and operational follow-ups where email or chat is not practical.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send automated alerts, drip campaigns, or bulk messages through this program.

4. Opting Out

After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent from that number. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or contact us, and we will resume sending messages to you.

6. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
